groups 1. Platform Earning Model & Relationship

AdvertHub operates as a performance advertising and task execution network. By registering an account and using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that your relationship with AdvertHub is that of an independent task worker / independent contractor.

You are NOT an investor. Your activation or upgrade payments represent platform subscription fees to access, view, and perform promotional tasks. These fees are not capital investments, and AdvertHub is not a financial investment fund, securities manager, or deposit-taking institution.

2.1 Age Eligibility & Legal Capacity: You must be 18 years of age or older and possess full civil capacity to register an account and utilize the services provided on AdvertHub.

2.2 Identity Verification: Users must provide truthful, accurate, and comprehensive personal information (including full legal name and valid identification credentials) and complete all mandated verification procedures.

2.3 Account Security & Safeguarding: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including login passwords and transaction security PINs. AdvertHub accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to adequately safeguard account access.

3.1 Direct On-Demand Payments: AdvertHub does not maintain pre-funded user deposit balances. All level activations, upgrades, and promotional campaigns (social follower boosts or video ad campaigns) are paid for directly on-demand. When initiating a transaction, a temporary virtual payment account is generated dynamically for the exact pricing of the item or campaign. Upon successful completion of the bank transfer, the purchase is activated immediately.

3.2 Payout Requests & Real-Name Binding: Earned commissions from completed tasks and referrals are accumulated in your available earnings. Withdrawals require linking a valid bank account matching your verified real-name identity. Withdrawal clearing and arrival times depend on local banking processing protocols.

3.3 Transaction Fees: Banking partners and financial processing networks may apply nominal transaction fees to payout requests. Applicable fee rates are determined by the respective banking and payment infrastructure providers.

4.1 User Autonomy in Transactions: All level upgrades, tasks performed, and financial transactions conducted on AdvertHub are executed at your own discretion, and the platform bears no responsibility for individual decision outcomes.

4.2 Security Deposit Guarantee: Security deposits associated with higher earning levels or VIP contractor status are not capital investments, but a commitment deposit to ensure operational integrity and long-term compliance. No hidden fees are assessed during this period, and security deposits are managed and refunded in accordance with active membership contract terms or upon formal contract completion/termination.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance: Utilizing AdvertHub for money laundering, unauthorized fundraising, or any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Accounts suspected of fraudulent or criminal behavior will be frozen immediately and reported to statutory law enforcement authorities.

5.1 Operational Updates: AdvertHub reserves the right to modify, adjust, or enhance service features, workflows, and platform specifications at any time to align with business growth, operational optimization, or statutory compliance requirements.

5.2 Scheduled Maintenance: In the event of temporary service disruptions caused by routine maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or technical enhancements, AdvertHub will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and restore full functionality promptly.

7.1 Jurisdictional Authority: The construction, validity, performance, and enforcement of these Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
